About the role
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse working in Winchester, Massachusetts, assigned to a night rotation. The role involves providing specialized critical care in a high-acuity environment with a patient ratio of 1:2-3. The position requires adherence to hospital policies and protocols, with an emphasis on patient safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols
- Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Schedule
- Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Massachusetts licensed registered nurse
- At least 2 years of relevant ICU experience
- EPIC clinical software proficiency
- Must be separated from previous employment with the organization for 6 or more months (contract, permanent, or per diem)
- No local candidates considered

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
