Job Requirements
- Valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
- Complete specialty-specific competency testing within a year.
- Provide documentation of being fit to work from an exam within the last year.
- Complete Trinity Health required professional forms and background checks including code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, integrity and audit services form, non-employee upload form, conflict of interest disclosure, criminal background check, education verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission testing, NSO, system access form, and child and adult dependent abuse training (Iowa only).
- Complete Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
- Have required vaccinations and health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination, MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza vaccine or declination, 2 Step PPD or IGRA test, Varicella vaccination or titer, Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction, and fit test.
- Complete a 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start date with specified substances tested.

- Iowa-specific requirements include Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training and Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check) within 30 days prior to start.
