Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,220 per week

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Sun City, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in a hospital setting. The nurse will utilize specialized knowledge and judgment to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Schedule

• Days shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 0 years of experience in an acute care environment within the past 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Professional certification in critical care or ICU nursing preferred

Additional Information

• The role requires performing patient assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, supervising and delegating care activities, evaluating patient responses, documenting in medical records, and participating in quality improvement activities.
• The position involves direct patient care in a hospital environment with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and responding quickly to emergent needs.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
