Job Summary
The RN will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients within a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- One year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification preferred
Additional Information
The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and executing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role includes documenting patient data, promoting patient safety, and participating in quality improvement activities. The position involves direct patient care in a critical environment, utilizing specialized skills to support patient recovery and safety.
