Requirements
- Required Experience: 2+ years of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS (required within 30 days of start)
- Licensure: Active Illinois/IL License as per Nursys
Submission/Documentation Requirements
- Candidates Permanent Address (facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Intensive Care Unit)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed with dates employed listed
Additional Information
- Every other weekend commitment required
