Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,965 per week

About the Role

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position available in Birmingham, Alabama for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. The role involves working night shifts with a schedule of every other weekend and some holidays required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the ICU specialty, travel experience, and proficiency with the Cerner electronic medical record system.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Some holidays required
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks (09/21/2026 – 12/18/2026)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the ICU setting
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Alabama or a compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records
• Travel experience preferred

• Experience working in busy ICU settings
• Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
