This role involves providing advanced patient care for critically ill patients in a specialized ICU setting. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with a start date of October 26, 2026, and an end date of January 25, 2027. Job Details Location: ICU at a healthcare facility Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Active BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS certifications; valid license to submit; no minimum experience requirement, though 2 years of critical care experience is preferred Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Skills & Experience: Critical care experience, ability to titrate drips including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, and analgesics; familiarity with ICU equipment such as Cpap, BiPap, vents, high flow; required to read telemetry strips; experience with Epic charting system preferred Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive critical care, manage titratable drips, utilize ICU equipment, and ensure patient safety during night shifts Additional Information: Candidates must be in state for week of orientation; self-scheduling and block scheduling are permitted; expected to work a minimum of six weekend shifts within a six-week schedule; may float within designated zones as needed; must follow unit dress code (Navy Blue) and complete unit-specific orientation during the week of start date.
