Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,860 per week

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse travel assignment in Evanston, Illinois. This position involves providing specialized critical care in a hospital setting, with a focus on neuro and stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients, particularly those with neuro and stroke conditions
• Float to other units and facilities as needed
• Utilize EPIC charting system for patient documentation
• Complete 8-hour paid orientation

Requirements

• Active Illinois Nursing License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience with expertise in Neuro and Stroke care
• Passed EKG test with a score of 80% or higher
• Updated resume submission
• Completed Skills Checklist (within 12 months)
• 1 professional reference (completed within 12 months)
• Illinois License Verification
• Orientation attendance on Mondays
• Credentialing documents due Thursday before start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to float to other units and facilities such as Skokie, Highland Park, and Gailbrook

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Assignment duration: 12 weeks (08/30/2026 to 11/22/2026)
• No on-call or weekend requirements
