Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,745 per week
About the role
The Great facility near the nation's capital is in need of help in their ICU Unit. They are looking for an RN traveler to fill an 8-10 week contract, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients’ condition and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- At least 2 years acute care experience
- 1 year ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Current compact or MD license
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years acute care experience, 1 year ICU, and ACLS and BLS certifications. Current compact or MD license is also required.
Skills
Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
