Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,745 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit. Discipline: RN. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (3×12). Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming an individualized plan of care.
• Identify teaching needs and goals for each patient through collaboration with the patient/family and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide timely patient information for team conferences and document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and prioritize patient education based on identified health care needs.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
• Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
• Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to hospital safety policies and protocols.
• Engage in team‑building activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Identify and initiate personal professional growth through continuing education and self‑study.

Requirements

• BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
• ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH only).
• Minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.
