Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Position: Travel ICU Charge Nurse Department: Intensive Care Unit Location: Lewiston, Maine Shifts: Days and Nights Pay: Up to $1,491–$2,067 gross weekly ($41.44–$57.43 hourly), with an additional $3/hour differential Responsibilities Oversees ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shiftsManages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignmentsSupervises, mentors, and supports staff performance and developmentAssists with performance management and HR activitiesMonitors supplies, equipment, and unit readinessCoordinates patient care, admissions, transfers, and dischargesAddresses patient care concerns and escalates issues appropriatelyRounds with patients and families to ensure positive experienceProvides direct patient care when needed to maintain safety and qualityEnsures compliance with safety and regulatory standards Qualifications Current and valid RN licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsAt least one year of staff nurse experience in acute care or emergency setting1-2 years of supervisory experience in ICU or acute care hospital
