Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Operate advanced life support equipment
- Administer complex treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Record and manage patient data
- Manage hemodynamic monitoring
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patient status and administer treatments
- Manage and maintain critical care equipment
- Document care and patient progress
- Provide patient and family education
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- One year of ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- CCRN certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
