The selected candidate will focus on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver intensive, compassionate support to patients and their families. Manage ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment. Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans. Provide continuous monitoring and rapid assessment of patient conditions. Float to Med Surg as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of ICU/CCU RN experience. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Unit Information: Patient ratio of 1:2-3. Unit consists of 8 beds. EMR system used is Medhost. Scrub colors are any solid color. Schedule: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. 48-hour weekly guarantees are not approved.
