Travel ICU/CCU RN - $1,742 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified agency, is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13‑week assignment in Dallas, Texas. The role is with a top healthcare client and requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of adult patients with life‑threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and high‑intensity therapies.
• Provide patient care, education, and support to families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life‑support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for signs of distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for prompt control of changes in patient condition.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care ICU setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Pay

Weekly pay and direct deposit; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.
