The Travel House Supervisor RN provides leadership and oversight of nursing operations to ensure quality patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff
- Coordinate patient admissions/discharges
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Adjust staffing based on acuity
- Respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Address staff and patient concerns
- Participate in quality initiatives
- Document activities
- Lead emergency preparedness
- Perform assigned duties
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent RN House Supervisor experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
