Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts immediately. The role requires active licensure/certification in West Virginia, American Heart Association BLS certification, at least 1-year of physical therapy experience, and prior hospice care experience.

Physical Therapist Contract Details
$2,660 - $2,846 per week
21-week contract with possibility of extension
