Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an acute inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient setting in a fast-paced environment.
Details
Acute inpatient, swing bed rehab, and outpatient coverage required across the shift
Typical daily split is approximately 2–3 hours of inpatient/swing bed followed by outpatient coverage
Patient census for inpatient/swing bed is generally 3–4 patients per shift
Average caseload of 10–12 patients per 8-hour day
Common diagnoses include post-surgical orthopedic, general pain, neurological conditions, balance disorders, and general weakness
Charting is done in Cerner; the facility is transitioning to Epic

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; 4x10 shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) may also be considered
No weekend or holiday shifts required
