Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sunnyvale, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist in California
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or equivalent
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of common rehabilitation techniques and equipment

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
