Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Contract Details
- Weekly pay: $2,344 – $2,572 per week
- Paid by the hour — not by the visit
- Designated territory of coverage with a set patient caseload
- Requires previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency

Pay
Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
