Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - $2,564 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Speech Language Pathologists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services in home health settings
• Complete OASIS documentation
• Travel within a designated territory to see patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency

Pay

$2,320 - $2,564 per week* (Paid by the hour - not by the visit)

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
