About the role
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience to serve patients in Mt. Angel, OR and surrounding areas. The assignment covers Woodburn, Mt. Angel, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, and Silverton, OR. Start date: November 16, 2026; length: 13 weeks; openings: 1. Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard. No weekend shifts or on‑call requirements. No floating between units required. Charting completed via Home Care Home Base, Remote Client, and Rover app/Oasis.
