Responsibilities
- Assist patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels
- Document care in electronic medical records
- Perform home safety assessments
- Travel across assigned patient homes
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Maryland PTA license
- Home health clinical experience
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Able to travel within the region
- Current resume required
