About the role

Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) responsible for assisting patients in recovery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall well‑being.
• Work in diverse healthcare settings, primarily focusing on home health care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Utilize electronic medical records such as EPIC for documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required; VA or Compact License preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of home health PTA experience.
• Certification in BLS from AHA or ARC.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems like EPIC.

Schedule

Standard work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekend or on‑call duties.
