Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care in patients' homes
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision
• Help patients with mobility and functional activities
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of home health care practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
