About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (HHPA)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in home health or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in using medical equipment and devices
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
