Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 10-week assignment in Elkhart, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active
- Under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCHome health experience required
- HCHB experience required

- Coverage area includes Elkhart and LaGrange County
- Service line: Skilled Home Health
- Expected hours/points: 40 hr or 30 points

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
