About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care in home health settings.
- Perform tasks such as assisting patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
- Help with exercises and activities designed to improve patient function and strength.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,960.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
