About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (HHPA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills

- Basic computer skills for documentation

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
