Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and functional mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and fall prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Complete timely documentation while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Arizona PTA License Required
- BLS Required
- Home Health experience preferred
- OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred
