Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,660 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility exercises, and therapeutic treatments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the state of Illinois.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and devices.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
