Requirements
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software (e.g., electronic health records)
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physical tasks
