About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Columbia, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in a related field preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to pass a state-specific physical therapy assistant certification exam if applicable.
Skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
