GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for an assignment in Stockton, California. This is an 8-week contract with flexible start dates, offering 40 hours per week on a day shift. Overtime opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services to patients.
- Deliver care in accordance with California state regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health or hospice experience.
- Willingness to be flexible; prior Home Care Home Base experience highly preferred.
