About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Juneau, Alaska starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress using Meditech EMR
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Handle occasional hospice involvement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Current BLS certification
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
