Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,966 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week home health assignment in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Work in a home health setting with 1 other therapist on staff at this location
• Care for a caseload of 8–11 patients per day, depending on travel time
• Meet productivity expectations of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
• Work Monday–Friday, days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8)
• Schedule may be adjusted to Tuesday–Friday if needed
• No weekend, call, or floating requirements
• Documentation is done using Meditech

Requirements

• Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted — license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Drivers license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Qualifications

• Royal blue scrubs required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO should be kept to a minimum; time off requests must be approved prior to the start of the assignment and noted in the assignment confirmation — no full calendar weeks off preferred
• Some holiday coverage may be expected

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
