About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Mayfield, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
- Receive a $5,000 completion bonus after 13 weeks of employment.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky.
- Experience in home health or related field preferred.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
