American Traveler is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least one year of home health experience to support an EMR transition and provide preceptor guidance during system go-live. This is a travel assignment in Beaverton, Oregon.

Details

• Home health setting supporting the transition to HCHB PointCare across multiple locations
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site implementation support
• Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday
• During go-live, clinicians will serve as preceptors providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff
• Limited bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation

Requirements

• Minimum one year of home health experience required
• HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred
• Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others
• Oregon license pending is acceptable
• License required if applicable
