About the role
The LeaderStat is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
- Experience as a full-time Physical Therapist for at least 1 year.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
