Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,538 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Missoula, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of clinical experience in a home health setting preferred
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Experience with home health equipment and supplies

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
