About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wood County, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Treatment of various conditions under the supervision of a physician
- Document patient progress using EPIC EMR
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care protocols
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,536.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift
