Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
Qualifications
