About the role
PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in West Branch, Michigan. The therapist will support the client's healthcare team, working Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with no call, within a 60‑mile travel radius. HCHB is required, with an estimated 6 patients per day. This is a 13‑week travel contract starting ASAP, consisting of 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts).

Pay
