Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,764 per week

Job Description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Home health experience required
• Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required
• OASIS-E experience required
• Driver's License and proof of insurance required
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients required
• Experience with chronic disease management required
• Experience with wound care, IV, pleurx, and wound vac required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800 - 1700
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40
• Approximately 6 total points per day
• Adults only patient population
• May be asked to float within the service area based on patient needs
• Grey scrubs for therapy

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
