Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,766 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Brunswick, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of experience in home health physical therapy.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or evidence of current RN license if not licensed as a PT.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience with telehealth technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
