Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,675 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Norway, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Treatment of patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Assessing patients’ physical condition and developing treatment plans
• Implementing treatment plans and monitoring progress
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with families

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
• Experience in Home Health preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
