VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract position in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-touch care to patients in their homes while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
- Conduct skilled therapy visits and perform assessments
- Create and manage individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
- Provide quality therapy services aligned with patient needs and safety standards

Pay
$2,200-$2,400 per week
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract (starting 08/24/2026)
