Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,600 per week
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist position in Elizabeth, West Virginia. This is a 13-week contract with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, offering 40 hours per week at up to $2,600/week.
About the role
We're looking for a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment serving patients throughout Wood County. This role provides one-on-one care in the home setting, focusing on general orthopedic, balance, strengthening, mobility, and general medical home health patients. The assignment is affiliated with the WVU Health System and offers a predictable weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes
- Address general orthopedic, balance, strengthening, and mobility needs
- Deliver patient education and independent clinical decision-making
- Work independently in the field with a consistent weekday schedule
Requirements
- Active West Virginia PT License (must be active prior to start date)
- BLS Certification
- Reliable transportation for patient visits
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Home Health experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
Pay
Up to $2,600 per week.
