About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Flint, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant work experience in Home Health Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
