The successful candidate will be a licensed Home Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve mobility and strength
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
