A Travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for 13 weeks in Hughesville, MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in home health settings
- Adhere to treatment plans and goals set by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Maryland
- Experience in home health setting preferred but not required
- New grads considered at slightly lower pay
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
